The two hour informational session will cover how to reduce inflammation in your life from a mind, body, and spirit perspective. With 77% of our health care budget going to the management of chronic disease, and with chronic inflammation being a major underlining factor to chronic disease, this program will help you understand how you can effectively change your life to prevent chronic disease.
The full challenge includes:
- 30 days of inspirational messages
- 30 days of recipes from Leyda's Chefs
- 30 days of inflammation-reducing goals focused on refreshing your mind, body, and spirit
The cost is $25/Person, or $15/Student.

Optional component:
Dr. Maltman and members of the Neural Health Project research team will be working with volunteer participants of the 30th Anti-Inflammatory Challenge to capture data reflecting how lifestyle changes can affect a person's neural health.
If you are interested in being a part of this research project, we invite you to come early to the Challenge at 6:30pm that evening to fill out a couple of questionnaires on lifestyle that will then be repeated at the end of the 30 days. Those that complete both questionnaires and finish the 30 day challenge will have their $25 registration fee waived as an honorarium and thank-you for participating in this research project.
For those of you who do not wish to participate in this research project, the doors open at 6:50pm with a 7:00pm start.
